We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists for high-precision, multi-axis machining (5-axis / 6-axis) supporting critical Naval defense components.

If you can read blueprints, work with GD&T, and use precision measuring tools (CMM, micrometers, calipers)—this is a strong long-term opportunity.

💰 WHAT YOU GET

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (8% shift differential)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (10% shift differential)
Annual company performance bonus: 5% of salary

3+ years CNC machining experience

One assumption I sometimes make as a recruiter is that every job seeker knows it’s okay to ask thoughtful questions during the interview process. I ENCOURAGE THIS!

One of the most powerful questions you can ask:

“Why is this position open?”

Simple question. Real insight.

It tells you a lot,growth, promotion, turnover, restructuring, or something else entirely. And each answer changes how you should think about the role.

Another question that matters:

“What does the team environment look like, and how does the leader lead?”

Job descriptions show you the work.

These answers show you the reality.

If you’ve been invited to interview, you’re likely already qualified on paper.

But the interview process isn’t just about proving you can do the job.

It’s about figuring out if you should take it.

Is the role right for you?

Is the team right for you?

Is the company right for you?

The best decisions happen when both sides evaluate fit, not just skills.

So ask questions.
