PAID OPPORTUNITY FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS!

UWT Summer Institute in Indigenous Humanities

August 21-25, 2023, with a Community Gathering on August 28.

Undergraduates interested in creating Indigenous Poetry, Film, and Art are invited to apply for this week-long workshop where we will build research skills in the Indigenous Humanities while doing hands-on, art-based projects.

Who is eligible to apply:
Enrolled UWT, UW, UWB and non-UW students who have completed their first year at university or college
Incoming UWT, UW, UWB or non-UW transfer students
Community partners with research interests in Indigenous Humanities

$1000 will be provided to all accepted students who complete the course.

For priority review, applications are due May 15, 2022. Please fill in the Google form below, which will take about 10 minutes to complete. All applications will be reviewed, even if submitted after the priority deadline.
