Position Details:
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Pay: $19.00/HR Day Shift | $22.00/HR Night Shift
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine inspections of product appearance and dimensions.
- Identify and separate defective products to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
- Complete production reports and accurately document production activities.
- Promptly report equipment abnormalities, production issues, or material shortages.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support team production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
