Facebook and Google won't bring back employees until 2021, while Twitter has given workers the option to work from home permanently. The looming exodus isn't just happening in San Francisco — many people in crowded cities are eyeing moves to less densely populated areas amid the pandemic. Master Class Tip for people looking for work. On your resume, make sure the file name has your first and last name on the resume. This helps recruiters when looking for your resume on their computers.. I see this major mistake a lot of candidates make. Also make sure you put the city, state, phone number and your email on the resume. This is so frustrating when candidates don't do this. Your percentage of getting a job is lowered 80% by not doing this. I more times than not, reject candidates because of this mistake.
