As a Assembler you will:

Prepare, process, wind, clean, install, assemble, rework, calibrate, test, solder and/or inspect product at various stages of assembly from component to final. Work from prints, drawings, method sheets diagrams or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures, DBS processes and standard work.
Set up, operate and/or maintain production equipment, machines and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions in support of production goals. Produces set-ups and adjustment holding tolerances to blueprint specification.
Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical and statistical knowledge. Counts, sorts, labels, and packages assembled materials. May disassemble and re-work and test.
Expected to participate in continuous improvement and DBS processes as appropriate based upon assigned levels.
Assemble/package product in warehouse manufacturing environment


Assembler candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions
Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor
Able to lift 50lbs
Ability to use power tools
Must work well with others in a loud manufacturing or factory environment
Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

We have job openings on the following shifts:

First Shift (Monday – Thursday from 5 AM – 3:30 PM)

Second Shift (Monday – Thursday from 3:30 PM – 2 AM)

Third Shift (Friday – Sunday from 5 AM – 5:30 PM) **3rd shift will run for 6 months and then transition to 1st or 2nd.

Pay for this position is $17.00/hr. plus shift differential -Overtime available as needed.

As a Fabricator/Tool Maker, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

Complete fabrication of Composite (fiberglass and Carbon Fiber) Tools from the ground up (Tool Masters, Layup Tools, Form Dies, trim & Drill Fixtures) in both dry and prepreg systems.
Fabrication and assembly of aluminum jigs and fixtures.
Qualifications

Min. of 3 years direct experience with composite tool building.
Experience and/or knowledge in curing and autoclave processing for the production of composite tools is highly preferred.
Ability physically conduct all standard labor requirements needed to build the above said tool(s).
Able to read, interpret, and work from tool designs and specs.
Must be able to rework/repair and/or modify existing composite tools and their associated tooling (masters, trim & drill fixtures).

As a R&D Lab Technician you will:

Cleaning and Assembly of test articles
Test prototype devices
Perform measurement and data collection tasks
This technician will need to work closely with our team to run tests involving different materials in various test conditions.

Must be a detail and goal-oriented individual.
Maintenance Technician candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate hand tools and lab equipment safely and with precision
Ability to wear appropriate PPE in required areas and processes
Handle chemicals safely according to approved methods
Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods while sitting at a desk as well as prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must have a positive attitude and respect other team members
Must be able to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, with proper documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to exercise judgment while following procedures and practices to determine when to ask for direction
