We’re seeking a hands-on Utilities Supervisor with strong food manufacturing experience to lead site engineering and utilities operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a factory-floor leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll spend 25–30% of your time performing maintenance and 70–75% leading, coaching, and developing your team.

🔧 What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing
- 5+ years of utilities & industrial maintenance experience
- 5+ years of mentoring and training technicians
- Strong background in refrigeration systems and industrial equipment
- Proven maintenance leadership experience
- We need someone who understands that:
- Maintenance supports production — not the other way around.
- Work should be driven by observation and data, not just theory.
- Condition-based maintenance beats unnecessary tear-downs.
- Decisions must factor cost, availability, and operational impact.
- Food safety is non-negotiable.

🏭 The Role:
You’ll provide consistent leadership of site engineering and utilities operations, ensuring:
- Maximum uptime and minimal waste
- Reliable production to meet customer service levels
- Proper upkeep of refrigeration and industrial systems
- Clear coordination of engineering teams
- Continuous training and multi-skilling of technicians
- Accurate equipment documentation and traceability
- Compliance with food safety and company policies

You must be comfortable jumping in to troubleshoot refrigeration systems or industrial equipment when needed — leading by example is essential.

📍 Rochester, NY

We’re looking for a veteran as a hands-on Maintenance Leader ready to step into a high-impact role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk supervisor role.You’ll spend about 50% of your time on the floor — coaching, troubleshooting, mentoring, and working side-by-side with your team.

🎯 Ideal Background
Strong fit for:
- Transitioning E-7+ (or strong E-6) with 3+ years leading teams of 10+
- Technical (electronic, electrical, electro-mechanical maintenance) military backgrounds
- Or seasoned maintenance leaders with:
- 5+ years electro-mechanical automation experience
- 2–3+ years maintenance team leadership
You must have both electrical AND mechanical skillsets, ideally with automation or industrial maintenance experience.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading ~10 direct reports on shift
- Driving reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Creating and improving maintenance plans
- Managing work schedules, development plans, coaching, and performance reviews
- Supporting RCA efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing leadership during unscheduled downtime and escalations
- Ensuring policy compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- This role is critical to building a high-performing, KPI-driven maintenance culture.

⏰ Schedule
- 2 days on (6AM–6PM)/2 nights on (6PM–6AM)/4 days off

Now Hiring: Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor
Location: Staten Island, NY
1st Year Total Compensation: $140K–$165K+

We are seeking a veteran as a hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced industrial production environment. This is a non-exempt supervisory role with overtime eligibility and strong bonus potential.

Compensation Highlights:
- Base Salary: $100K–$114K
- Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses: Typically ~25% of base pay
- Overtime: ~$25K/year (weekday and occasional Saturdays)
- 1st Year Total Comp: Minimum $140K, with potential up to $165K+

Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- OT during the week + some Saturdays
- On-call rotation every 4–5 weeks (once fully trained)

The Role:
This is not a desk-only position. Our client's team believes in leading from the front. You will be expected to demonstrate technical competency in the field and earn the respect of your team through action.

You will supervise approximately 8 E&I Technicians (4 on days, 4 on off-shifts) and be responsible for:
- Direct supervision of union hourly personnel (non-union supervisory role)
- Ensuring safety is the top operational priority
- Coordinating and scheduling daily/weekly maintenance work
- Monitoring crew performance and administering corrective action when necessary
- Conducting equipment failure analysis and maintaining accurate ex*****on reports
- Responding appropriately to emergencies
- Ensuring training compliance across the team

If the plant isn’t running efficiently, no one wins. Leadership here understands that production and maintenance are directly tied to profitability—and supervisors are expected to operate with that mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of industrial E&I experience (required)
- Strong background with:
- PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Distributed Control Systems (ABB DCS highly preferred)
- Industrial controls & instrumentation
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting ability with solid mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of electrical components in industrial settings
- Self-motivated, decisive, and comfortable holding personnel accountable
- Military leadership experience is highly valued, particularly candidates with Nuclear Electrician’s Mate (EMN) or Electrician's Mate (EM) backgrounds—however, industrial E&I controls experience is mandatory.
