I have been blessed quite a lot the last decade

July 4th marks our 12th year in operation

Many people have come into my life, primarily through my business, food trucks, catering, restaurant, fundraisers & many others. And I am so thankful for all of them

This is a bitter sweet moment for me as this place has been my home for the last 3 yrs. I’ve been here almost everyday for more hrs than I should have.

it’s time to change it up again. Our food truck business has taken a bit of a back seat when I opened the restaurant along with our catering skyrocketing, and our newest endeavor of fundraising.

We will be closing our lil shop, the restaurant will close PERMANENTLY on June 27th at 9pm. We will first enjoy a lil vacation then return to a full food truck and catering schedule. NO RESTAURANT….

Our trucks and equipment will still be stored at the restaurant location while we build our new base of operations

This is not goodbye it’s just come see us in the trucks or at an event

We will be around a lot and we are always looking for more events and catering jobs for the future

We love all of our customers and hope they understand this transition and come find us in the trucks.

🐘 We don’t have to go far for today’s birthday wishes for Jackson! His daughters, Victoria and Zuri (yes, he’s father to two Zuris), are saying, "Happy 50th, Dad!" You can see Jackson, Victoria, and Zuri tomorrow at the International Conservation Center. We’re throwing him a big Birthday Bash and you’re invited.
