"Around 58% of hiring managers said recent college graduates are unprepared for the workforce, according to a December survey from Intelligent, an online magazine focused on higher education." Interesting article that begs the question — how are we shifting our Pre-K through 26 systems to ensure graduates are ready after high school or college in an ever-evolving landscape?

Graduating college no longer gives students a leg up in the workforce. They need real world experience, too. Now, colleges are stepping up their internships and co-op programs to fill the increasing need.
