We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician with hands-on X-Ray and AOI inspection experience to support high-reliability electronics manufacturing. This is not an entry-level role and requires prior electronics inspection or manufacturing quality experience.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Inspect SMT & through-hole PCB assemblies
✔ Operate X-Ray equipment (BGA, QFN, microelectronics)
✔ Operate & program AOI systems
✔ Perform first article inspections
✔ Inspect to IPC-A-610 Class II & III standards
✔ Identify solder defects and document results
✔ Communicate quality issues and redline documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection
• Hands-on X-Ray and AOI experience
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class II & III
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments

Nice to Have:
• Microelectronics or high-reliability assembly experience
• ISO 9000 or EMS/contract manufacturing background

Requirements:
• Must meet ITAR eligibility
