-Keep an accurate count of all parts, either manually or using scales
-Obtain necessary supplies for the oncoming operator

Machine Operator

Rate: $11 on day $11.50 on swing
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: Shifts are DAY (4:30/5:30am and typically run 8-10hrs). SWING (typically starts 3:30/4:30pm)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Effectively and efficiently perform the safe operation of various machinery in the areas of set-up, troubleshooting and break down during operation.
- In a timely manner, set up, start-up and break down during the beginning and end of all production shifts.
-Must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot effectively in order to minimize Production down time.
-Regularly make adjustments necessary to maximize production machine efficiency. Must be able and willing to communicate all improvements to all team members and key departments.
-Reduce downtime by actively identifying mechanical issues which have the potential for machine breakdown or downtime and reports to Leads and/or Supervisors.
-May be required to operate other equipment necessary in the production process.
-Practice and follow all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times during production.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be able to read and write and understand English-Must be able to solve simple mathematical equations involving percentages.
-Highly Motivated and Energetic-Mechanically Inclined-High levels of attention to detail.
-Have the drive to learn and grow with the company-Must be able to comprehend and take directions.
-Flexibility in schedule and can work different hours.

Location: Wilsonville, OR
Pay Rate: $12-14 DOE
Schedule: M- TH, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summary:
Set up equipment with safe and efficient processes for all assembly jobs. Perform assembly of plastic parts and insert components.
Essential Functions:
-Setup and operate all assembly jobs at an acceptable rate and to company standards; including CNC, inserting with a sonic welder or hot iron, press fitting, gluing, drilling, milling or other operations. Troubleshoot sonic welders, drill presses, milling machines, hot stamps, pad printers and other machinery. Mix ink as needed.
-Monitor equipment, watch for malfunctions, and report any such malfunctions to supervisor. Ensure CNC machine is cleaned out daily when running and all lubricant and coolant levels are acceptable.
Qualifications:
-Must be able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
-Must be able to setup and manually operate secondary machinery.
-Previous experience on CNC machine, pad printers, sonic welders, milling machines, hot stamp machine, and/or drill presses, preferred.
-Must be able to obtain forklift, pallet jack and other required certifications, as needed.
