Job Description
Maintain, fix and repair all of machine at Dumpling Forming Machines
-major machine
* Forming machine / Dough roller / Mixers / auto packers and some kinds of conveyers
* auto scales
* Belt / Mesh Conveyers
Necessary Technique and skills
* Motor / Fan /Bearing Change and fixing
* Argon Welding preferred
* Adjusting and fixing belt tension
* Sensor change / check up
* Preferred if have an Electrical skill with mechanical skill
* Plumbing
* Have knowledge of Pneumatic / Hydraulic pressure
Others
* Spare parts requirement check up
* Manage operation of machines and equipment
* Machine Inspection pre-check
* Call for solution to manufacturer or related repairing company when machine problem happens
* Daily check for maintenance and repair
* Work available on Weekends for maintenance
* Daily report to manager
* Preferred experience on foods manufacturing plant
* Language : English / bilingual(English / Korean) preferred
