It’s Meet an In-Service Recruiter Monday!

This week, we are excited to feature MSgt Jessica Prigmore, an In-Service Recruiter with the Air National Guard at Beale AFB in California. She brings 14 years of experience in recruiting exceptional Airmen.

MSgt Prigmore began her career with the Air National Guard after 10 years on Active Duty, and has since dedicated her career to helping others serve in the Air National Guard. ✈️

When asked why she serves, she says, “I chose to serve in the Air National Guard to be closer to extended family. As mother of three, it’s not just about serving my country, it's about setting an example for my children and showing them the value of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. My military service is not just a personal achievement, but a legacy I’m building for my family, and I couldn't be prouder of the journey.”

Outside of their recruiting duties, Jessica enjoys camping, skiing, cooking, and spending time with family. When she’s not working to help build the future of the ANG she can be found in Tahoe, out of cell range! 🏔️

Today we celebrate 78 years of the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. The National Security Act of 1947 established the Air Force as a separate service, paving the way for the decades of lethality and airpower to come.

Thank you to the Airmen of yesterday for your outstanding example of service, and to the Airmen of today for your continued commitment to excellence. To the Airmen of tomorrow: may you continue this proud legacy, upholding our values and defending our skies.
