A leading employment law firm, is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Wage and Hour Attorney to join our Jersey City team.
If you’re passionate about advocating for employees and have strong plaintiff-side wage and hour experience, this could be a great next step in your career.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in wage and hour matters, including unpaid wages, overtime, and misclassification
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and appear in court
• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with a dedicated legal team
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side wage and hour experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey bar license (preferred)
• Strong litigation, writing, and communication skills
