onment. This affords us the ability to provide one on one attention in a more positive, healthy atmosphere to each and every individual. It is because of this model that we offer the industry leading staffing ratios of 1:5 during awake hours and 1:13 overnight. We also recognize that moving multiple times later in life is everything short of desirable. As care needs increase and evolve our person oriented program is designed to provide varying levels of care in a personal suite from arrival through end of life, highly reducing the need to change facilities in the future.

Our care model is unique and has fewer seniors under a roof, which reflects the way most have lived prior to having care needs. Nursing homes may cost $8,000-$10,000+/month for private pay, private room, with multiple care level changes and the charges may change as the needs change.
