We are currently looking to fill the following positions. Please note that experience is required for the roles listed below.
Insurance Biller: Responsible for submitting medical or industrial insurance claims, navigating billing software, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing patient/client accounts. (Pay depends on experience)
Culler (2 open): Responsible for inspecting raw materials or finished products, sorting through inventory, and pulling out any defective, damaged, or sub-standard pieces to maintain high-quality control. (Pay: $21/hr)
Assembly Table: Responsible for using hand tools and blueprints to manually put together industrial parts, components, or products at a dedicated workstation. (Pay: $21/hr)
Spider Driver: Responsible for operating a specialized "Spider" industrial forklift or heavy all-terrain material handler to safely move, stack, and organize heavy loads around the yard or facility. (Pay: $21/hr)
Forklift Drivers (Bloomington): Responsible for safely operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load/unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials in a warehouse environment. (Pay: $18/hr)
Welders (3 open): Responsible for reading blueprints, prepping metal components, and utilizing MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques to fabricate or repair structural steel and parts. (Pay depends on experience)
Shop Helper / General Laborer: Responsible for supporting the skilled trades by keeping the shop clean, moving materials, using basic power tools, and assisting with general manual labor tasks as needed. (Pay: $18/hr)
Manual Machinist: Responsible for setting up and operating manual shop machinery (such as lathes, mills, and grinders) to cut, shape, and modify metal components to precise specifications. (Pay depends on experience)
