Ability Focused Staffing LLC. is actively seeking a Vice President of Sales, Professional Services reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Position Description:
The VP of Sales, Professional Services is an accomplished, results-oriented self-starter with a consistent record of surpassing revenue expectations and new market development. You have a strong sense of urgency and reputation for creatively leveraging leadership expertise for revenue generation and the ability quickly identify critical elements to effect change and produce results. Responsibilities:
You are a focused and decisive sales leader with a strong ability to infuse intensity and purpose in a high-performance culture focused on new business development and revenue growth.
A proven executive with strong platform skills who has shown adaptability for difficult and diverse assignments, executing with precision, integrity, speed and effectiveness.
Results-oriented, strategic thinker with expertise in new market identification, strategic business planning and problem solving for the Professional Services markets and prospects.
Proven ability to develop, implement and execute a go-to-market strategy to increase the reach and impact of our ongoing growth journey.
Lead sales efforts for new business acquisition for Professional Services, F&A, Technology, Compliance, Cyber Security, etc.
Identify new target clients and build account acquisition strategies to position AFS as a new supplier/client partner through research, relationship development, client meetings, and entertainment events
Present AFS brand via in-person presentations and meetings, phone conferences, and on-line presentations
Negotiate contracts and close opportunities
Attend quarterly industry conferences to develop leads, networking opportunities, and develop relationships
Cultivate and expand existing portfolio of select accounts through regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and executive/senior level client visits
Requirements:
5 to 10+ years of staffing and Recruiting industry experience leading business development efforts of Professional Services.
Demonstrated success as a top sales producer; developing an annual sales portfolio in excess of $5MM+
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of emerging technology and trends including: AI/ML/RPA, Block Chain, Cyber Security, Cloud, Agile/DevOps is a plus.
Must have a strong network of qualified buyers in Professional Services
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Experience with marketing via social media; strong presence on LinkedIn
