Business Interface, LLC Baltimore

Business Interface, LLC Baltimore Business Interface, LLC (BI) is a direct service provider of job readiness training, job placement, and job retention services.

The purpose of BI's training and employment services is to prepare nontraditional populations for jobs in high demand markets offering quality employment, benefits, and career advancement. BI's training and job placement model is designed to assist individuals with multiple barriers to employment. As such, participants enrolled in BI's program are connected to a number of community resources (i.e.

transportation assistance, child care, treatment/substance abuse programs, transitional housing, etc.) to help eliminate any barriers that may hinder the employment opportunity. Over the years, BI has successfully crafted several projects that bring together the business industry, local educational institutions, community-based and faith-based service providers/referring organizations and other key supports in the community.
