WE WON AGENCY OF THE YEAR!
I am beyond honored that Household Staffing was named Agency of the Year at the APNA Conference!
When I look back at how far we've come, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Building this company has been one of the greatest adventures of my life, but I certainly didn't do it alone. Behind this award is a team of incredible people who have helped turn my dreams into something bigger than I ever imagined.
I want to take a moment to recognize the people who have made Household Staffing what it is today.
Eric – My everything when it comes to this business. Our visionary, creator, website genius, and the man behind the systems that keep us running. You took a chance on me back in 2013, and I knew then that you were going to be a lifer. I couldn't imagine doing this without you.
Ashley – My longest-standing employee, who truly started from the bottom and helped build this company into what it is today. We've watched you welcome three beautiful babies along the way, and you were even the first person to teach me what maternity leave was all about!
Rachael – The woman who can practically read my mind! You spent an entire summer listening to me on calls, learning exactly how my brain works, and somehow figured out how to turn my messy notes into outstanding client relationships. You don't take nonsense from anyone, and I love that about you.
Ella – What started as a little part-time gig turned into watching you grow into the incredible woman and mother of two you are today. I've known you since you were your mother's little girl, and now you're such an important part of our team and our go-to companion care girl. Watching your journey has been so special.
Melody – My sister, my voice of reason, and the person who makes sure we do things the right way. You keep us humble, compliant, and accountable, and you treat this company like it's your own.
Having family who cares as deeply about this business as I do is something I'll never take for granted. I love you!
Kindra – My systems girl! If something needs to be done correctly, I know you're going to do it right and make the best decisions along the way. You've grown into someone who truly represents everything Household Staffing stands for.
Lauren – Our resident investigator, comedian, and probably one of the most referred recruiters on our team! People absolutely love working with you, and you leave no stone unturned when it comes to making sure a candidate is right for someone's home. Your crazy stories keep us laughing, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Danielle – Watching you grow professionally and personally, including welcoming two beautiful babies, has been such a joy. You're always willing to offer thoughtful advice, support your teammates, and celebrate everyone's success. You're the definition of a team player.
Missy – If someone needs a French-speaking, left-handed chef with experience in a kosher kitchen, you're going to find them! Your attention to detail is unmatched, and your ability to find that needle in a haystack never ceases to amaze me.
Michelle – Sweet, poised, and graceful in everything you do. You have this incredible ability to navigate even the most difficult conversations with kindness and ease, and it's a gift that makes you so wonderful at your job.
Beth – You're here for the vibes, and we love you for it! Every team needs someone who brings great energy and makes the workday a little more fun.
Niihalani – You came to Household Staffing as a brand-new recruiter, ready to take on the world, and quickly became someone who would do absolutely anything for this team. Your willingness to jump in, learn, and help wherever needed means so much.
Morgan – Four years together, and we finally got to meet in person! Watching you grow stronger and more confident in so many areas has been wonderful. You're always willing to help, and I truly believe you can find the perfect candidate for just about anyone.
Mary – You came into this company and challenged us to think differently, and we are better because of it. You're the person I can hand the most difficult situations to, knowing you'll figure them out. You're also our unofficial consultant, always bringing thoughtful ideas and a fresh perspective on how we can continue growing.
Lonni – My niece, and someone I couldn't be more proud of! You came into this company and learned everything so quickly, becoming such a professional, dedicated, and wonderful recruiter. Watching you grow and succeed has been incredibly special, and I am so proud of the woman you've become.
Brooke – The woman behind the scenes making sure Household Staffing shows up beautifully on social media! Your creativity and hard work help tell our story and reach people we never could have reached otherwise.
Rose Ann – Four years ago, you joined us from the Philippines, and I don't think any of us could imagine Household Staffing without you now. You handle all of our candidate intakes, and we trust you to be on the front lines representing our company every single day. Even though you're thousands of miles away, you are so deeply ingrained in this team, and we are incredibly lucky to have you.
Gus – Almost a decade of working together, and I truly cannot imagine where Household Staffing would be without you. You've played such an important role in our growth and success over the years, often behind the scenes, and I don't think you'll ever fully realize how much you've contributed to what we've built. I owe so much of our success to you, and I am forever grateful for your loyalty, dedication, and everything you've done for this company.
Fred – The best attorney under the sun! You're the person who answers my calls at 11 p.m., talks me through just about anything, and takes on far more than any attorney should ever have to. I am so grateful to have you in my corner.
Joanne – The woman who keeps me sane! You organize me in ways I could never organize myself, keep our numbers in order, and somehow manage to make sense of my chaos. I genuinely don't know where I'd be without you.
Olivia – I don't even know where to begin because you truly are my everything when it comes to Household Staffing. Meeting you was one of the best things that ever happened to me and this company. You've taken so much off my plate, made my life easier in ways I never thought possible, and helped grow this business into something I could have only dreamed of. You know what needs to be done before I even have to ask, you handle the things I don't want to deal with, and you care about this company as if it were your own. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without you by my side. I am so incredibly grateful that our paths crossed, and I couldn't imagine doing any of this without you.
And then there are the people who mean everything to me outside of this business.
Howard – My husband, my biggest supporter, and the person who has stood beside me through every high, low, crazy idea, and long workday. Without your love and support, I would never be where I am today. You're the best husband I could ever ask for.
Addie – My reason for all of it. You're why I worked so hard, pushed through the difficult days, and never gave up. Everything I've built has been for you, and I hope you always know how much I love you.
To my family and friends: Thank you for supporting me through all these years. Every single one of you has played a part in this journey, whether you realize it or not, and I love you all.
To my fellow agencies: I would not be the person or business owner I am today without the incredible people I've met through APNA and our conferences over the years. I've learned so much from other agency owners, and I'm grateful to be part of an industry where we can learn from one another, share ideas, and help each other succeed.
To our candidates: Thank you for trusting us with your careers, making our jobs rewarding, and most importantly, for the incredible work you do in the homes and lives of the families you serve. You are the heart of this industry.
To our clients: Thank you for trusting us with something so personal and important: your families and your homes. That trust is never something we take lightly, and it's the reason we work so hard every single day.
This award may have my name attached to it, but it belongs to every single person who has been part of this journey.
Household Staffing would not be Household Staffing without all of you.
