Continental Labor and Staffing Resources was founded by two incredible women, Karen Cain and Shannon Grove. Today, almost 30 years later our company continues to thrive as a majority woman-owned business with remarkable women in significant roles throughout the organization. We join the international community today in celebrating the contributions that women make not only to business, but also to the family, our communities, and our world.

Last week we hosted a community blood drive and donation event in partnership with Houchin Community Blood Bank and the Bakersfield Homeless Center. Staff members, employees, client partners, family, and friends came together to donate blood as well as food, blankets, toiletries, clothes, and more.
