Shift time- 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming calls, reroute calls to the appropriate person or department while also filtering out unnecessary or inappropriate calls.

• Take messages or direct callers to voicemail as appropriate.

• Assist customer walk-ins, delivery vendors and guests.

• Prepare and mail all USPS/UPS/Fed Ex packages.

• Operates office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, computers, and tablets.

• Responsible for office supply inventory.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
