Growing up in the south
as a football Coach’s daughter, I was greatly influenced by his competitive and compassionate nature. After securing a degree from LSU and coaching girls sports for a couple of years, I figured out fairly quickly that path to success was going to be long and narrow. My next career was in the financial services industry as an agency manager. I think many would be surprised to know that the ability to recruit and develop employees was more demanding and challenging than producing sales. In fact, it was the biggest sale I had to make on a daily basis. I have drawn on these experiences to define the life mission that I have been on for the last 15 years. I am passionate about recruiting and impacting the lives of others…

As a boutique company, there are times when I do need the help or expertise from other recruiting industry specialists. I am fortunate enough to have developed a wealth of experienced and talented individuals that I draw upon when a project or specialty need arises allowing me to deliver quality candidates from across the country and in a timely manner.

I know that here are many recruiting options available to assist companies in their mission to find exemplary talent today. It was not my intent to be a “one size fits all” company. That is what drove my decision to “play within a very defined sandbox” where I could develop and nurture deep and long-lasting relationships with my Clients and Prospective Candidates. My clients often ask “How do you go about finding Candidates?” I use very little advertising out reach, but instead find that networking in my robust database will deliver the best results in both quality of the candidates and in meeting tough hiring deadlines.
