Responsibilities
Assist in managing our staff inside and outside of the hotels in which we work
Recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the housekeeping department, service areas, and food and beverage department
Successfully interviewing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to ensure that our success rate is above the industry expectation
Develop trust with our associates
Develop trust with our hotel partners
Payroll reconciliation and corrections. We would provide training but must have the ability and willingness to learn and use our software
Problem solve employee situations on a case-by-case basis including Progressive Disciplinary Action
Qualifications and/or preferences
Housekeeping and/or housekeeping staffing experience strongly preferred
Supervisory and leadership experience preferred (but not mandatory)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance
Reliable transportation (we pay mileage when driving from client to client)
Proficient with technology - must be able to learn payroll systems, employee databases, vendor databases, email, and shared calendars.
A network that will help recruit housekeeping and food and beverage positions
Ability to problem solve and deal with pressure
Days off each week may vary and working some weekend days are a must
