Robots, teamwork, and a whole lot of future talent!

Through the 2026 season, showed up as mentors, judges, and sponsors. Helping hundreds of students push ideas further, solve real problems, and compete on a global stage.

From local competitions to the world stage, these students are building more than robots. They’re building the confidence and skills to be the next generation of engineers.

We can't talk about this event without congratulating one of our TEL mentors who was recognized as a Woodie Flowers Finalist! A reflection of what great mentorship looks like in action.

We can't wait for next year's competition!

We didn’t start the fiscal year with a meeting.
We started it with sushi, matcha, and a reminder of where we come from.

At our US HQ in Austin, teams gathered to share more than just a meal. From fresh sushi prepared on-site to a hands-on matcha experience led by our Japan-America Network ERG, the moment slowed us down in the best way.

In Japan, April marks . Cherry blossoms. New chapters. A reset.

Starting our fiscal year here is intentional. It reflects our that values fresh starts, shared experiences, and moving forward together.

Fresh air, flowers and good company.

Our Chaska team celebrated the best way possible. Getting outside, planting together, and enjoying a little sunshine while we were at it.

From colorful begonias, violas, pansies, and snapdragons to laughs along the way, it was a reminder that small actions that add up to something bigger.

Everything looked clean, until bag after bag started filling up!

That was the feeling at Lady Bird Lake after our team wrapped up the 🌎 clean up event with The Trail Conservancy.

Our shift collected over 144 lbs of trash removed from the shorelines and trails.

We're proud of everyone who stepped out, got their hands dirty, and left something better behind.

We’ll be back!

Tokyo Electron (TEL) announced the launch of Prexa™ SDP, a device prober that meets the need for testing singulated devices.

As the demand for computing capability surges, advanced semiconductors used in high-performance computing (HPC) and AI applications increasingly require the latest 2.5D/3D packaging technology, which integrates multiple devices into a single chip. Improving the final yield of these products requires selecting Known Good Device (KGD) from a pool of singulated, unpackaged devices.

Challenges in the advanced KGD screening test include effectively absorbing heat and precisely controlling the temperature during testing. In addition to existing tests on entire wafers, high-precision testing of singulated devices will be essential.

The newly developed Prexa™ SDP device prober combines TEL's well-established wafer prober technology with its proprietary thermal control technology. The testing solution provides the superior testing quality and system reliability necessary for advanced packaging operations.

TEL will continue to develop innovative technologies and products to meet our customers' needs.

Tokyo Electron (TEL), a leading provider of semiconductor production equipment, has been promoting E‑COMPASS (Environmental Co‑Creation by Material, Process and Subcomponent Solutions), a supply‑chain initiative focused on the environment, since 2021🌏

Through E‑COMPASS, we work with our partners from three perspectives
✅ semiconductor devices
✅ manufacturing equipment
✅ business operations
to drive semiconductor innovation while reducing environmental impact.

In today’s society, where environmental awareness is rising, environmental performance is directly linked to product competitiveness.

Meanwhile, balancing the ever‑expanding data society with global environmental protection requires action across the entire industry, not just by individual companies.

TEL’s E‑COMPASS activities, carried out as part of our environmental management, are featured on our Corporate Blog.
