NOW HIRING: CNC PROGRAMMER LEAD

AuStaff is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer Lead for a growing woodworking manufacturing operation in Manor, TX.

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Weekly pay
Long-term opportunity
Immediate start for the right candidate

Schedule:

Sunday: 12 hours
Monday: 12 hours
Tuesday: 12 hours
Wednesday: 6 hours

This leadership position requires flexibility to overlap and support both A and B shifts.

Required experience:

• Extensive experience using VCarve
• CNC router programming
• Woodworking and wood manufacturing
• Creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Troubleshooting CNC equipment and production issues
• Supervising or leading production employees
• Strong leadership and communication skills

We are looking for someone who has successfully led CNC operators while programming and improving production processes in a woodworking manufacturing environment.
