The Human Resource Generalist partners with Corporate Human Resources Manager and business/functional leaders to develop and implement human resource initiatives and policies that support the achievement of business goals at our Manufacturing Plant. Communicates and consults on all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, employee development and performance management in alignment with common human resources strategies and processes.
NOTE: This role will manage day to day HR responsibilities at the plant.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field

5 years of Human Resources experience.

HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing, distribution center/warehouse environment.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Able to effectively communicate with all levels at the plant. To include Plant leadership, Employees, Corporate and Vendors.

Ability to maintain confidentiality - always.

Strong organizational skills
