Employnet is now hiring a Sr. Program Administrator in the North Austin 78754.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Process customer Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), order entries, and engineering change notices.
Maintain accurate program documentation, databases, and customer records.
Support commercial program activities, including pricing, product margins, inventory revaluation, excess and obsolete inventory, and accounts receivable issues.
Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with customers, CNC machinists, quality inspectors, and internal leadership.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field OR 5+ years of project administration or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing experience in precision machining, CNC, aerospace, automotive, or medical device assembly is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and leadership teams.
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production planning (MRP/DRP).
Shift: 1st 6am -2:30pm
Pay Rate: $31 - $36/Hr
