Team members will be working in a controlled environment hydroponic edibles farm in Texas Hill County that grows lettuce and microgreens. We do all our packing by hand and need people with good attention to detail to work on our packing teams.

Team Members are responsible for harvesting and packing our lettuce and microgreens into clamshells and ultimately into boxes for our customers. Produce is checked for quality and graded when packed. Labels are applied to the finished clamshells and finished boxes.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Punctual attendance is critical here at Bella Verdi! Your timely, reliable, and regular attendance is required.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work a consistent schedule.

Weekend and holiday work, as required.

Must be able to work in a high-paced packhouse environment with strict deadlines.

Satisfactory background screening following conditional offer.

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety standards and procedures

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Falsification on the application will disqualify candidacy.

Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that employees can perform their job responsibilities.

Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds repetitively.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Exposure to temperatures that range from room temperature to 36° F (Walk-in cooler, etc.).

Must be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders. Repetitive use of hands.

You will answer incoming calls from customers pay debts, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in collections and will be responsible for assisting them in paying the debt over the phone. You will also inform customers of the collection process and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Assumptively identify responsible parties by telephone and resolve.
-Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation.
-Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers.
-Create financial, administrative, and maintenance transactions.
-Identify reason(s) for delinquency.
-Support research and resolution of responsibility disputes.
-Support borrower and co-borrower service requests.
-Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
-Use the highest standards of professional ethics and courtesy at all times.

Requirements
High School diploma is required. College degree preferred.
