Job Description:

Product Assembler I's are entry level individuals that like a fast pace work environment. They'll be expected to perform and have primary responsibility for product assembly in their work center including, but not limited to, setting up, adjusting, and building various furniture components. Utilizing documentation and expertise to produce assemblies, product orders, within a timely manner and within tolerances. Perform necessary quality checks, practice preventive maintenance, and perform general utility work to meet work schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under limited supervision, the Client Services Representative II responds directly or indirectly to policyholder and/or agent inquiries.
Update beneficiary changes, address changes, forms requests, etc. into database
• Policy provisions, policy changes/conversions, reinstatements, withdrawal histories
• Basic requests like beneficiary changes, address changes, forms requests, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and maintains customer files
• Handle customer complaints in a professional courteous manage
• Ensures outstanding issues are resolved appropriately
• May calculate cash values, premium refunds/changes, loan balances or other such values
• Perform similarly related activities as necessary
• Covering for CSR III’s as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to learn, comprehend and apply tax regulations as they apply to distributions and changes to annuity and life policies
• Ability to perform complex manual mathematical calculations
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated skill and ability in dealing with the public
• Knowledge and skill at applying customer service theories and practices
• Strong written and oral communication skills necessary
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
• Thorough knowledge of NWL products or similar
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone
• High school or GED required with 3 years call center customer service or office administrative experience in a fast paced organization; or Associates degree with 1-2 years related experience
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred.

Individuals in this classification may be required to conduct visual and dimensional inspection, electrical testing
on mechanical and electrical systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components and machined parts for
conformance to drawing and specification by performing the following duties
• Incoming inspection, verification and testing on purchased products including raw materials, machined
• parts, subassemblies and completed products.
• In-process inspection, verification and testing on machined parts, subassemblies and assemblies.
• Final product inspection to include marking, preservation and packaging for shipment.
• Inspection, verification and testing for warranty work and repair work.
• Implement inspection and test activities defined by Process Specification or Quality Plans.
• Data and document control of drawings, specifications and work instructions.

1st shift – 6:00AM – 2:30PM
2nd shift – 3:00PM – 11:30PM
JOB SUMMARY FOR MATERIAL HANDLER:
Responsible for day-to-day receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Any other procedures deemed necessary to ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
• Must comply with SOPs and work instructions related to job function
• Works collaboratively with peers and internal customers
• Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
