We are thrilled to announce we have added to our team here at TBB! We introduce you TBB’s Portfolio Design and Career Advisor. Dallas will be apart of the nanny placement process in various capacities but her true bread and butter will be working with our caregivers on portfolio/resume design, career/job counsel, speaking with families on nanny industry standards, and being the human relations extraordinaire that she is!

✨Meet Dallas Phillips✨

As a former private caregiver and educator with over 8+ years of professional hands-on experience, Dallas thoroughly understands the inner workings of the modern family and advocates for caregivers to reach their highest potential in the career-nanny industry. Dallas holds a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Family Relations, taken 12 pre-requisite courses for Speech Pathology, and will be finishing her Masters degree in Educational Psychology and Research come May 2023 from the University of Memphis. She also plans to attend a Doctoral Program in 2024! With her position at TBB she aims to exceed the expectations of the childcare provider industry through educating and consulting families and caregivers. By using tools on how to navigate work place issues when they arise, she is a key component in balancing the TBB employer to employee relationship, and understands how unique and intimate this industry is. She helps caregivers market, strategize, and succeed as a independent child care worker and hopes to be a sounding board for all.

In her free time you’ll find Dallas traveling around the U.S. and globally, or even for her work as a caregiver! She loves downtime with her husband and dog, going to concerts, and loves going out and trying new restaurants in Nashville. Her side passions are in progressive parenting methods, interior design, and anything entrepreneurial related. With her background she brings a unique insight into the way she views her work. Dallas is very excited about this new position and will be available to book soon for consulting and advising!

We are so excited for the creativity, knowledge and business acumen that she will bring to TBB. This is only the beginning.

NEW JOB ALERT!!!!!!!! Family located in 78704 (near Zilker park) is looking for a PART-TIME nanny for their happy almost 5-year-old!

Since their 5 year old will be in school most of the day, they are hoping for someone who is able to pick her up from school, take her to activities, plan play dates and keep her busy!

They are hoping to find a team player who is also willing to help with additional tasks such as light pick-up, grocery shopping and meal prep, and running errands! Bonus if you’re open for additional hours for date nights!

Their 5 year old is described as happy, healthy and affectionate! She has a love for art, dance, bug collecting, painting, soccer, running, and lots of reading. She also loves the park, playing in water, doing 'lessons'. She likes rules and boundaries along with things put in their place!
