• Must be able to repeatedly lift 30-45 LBS per day.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Daily work will involve heavy industrial lifting, lifting waist high, gripping with hands, moving at a brisk consistent pace.
This position will also be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers.
Ability to be heat and weather tolerant a must!

Hiring for Carpet and Tile Cleaners & Apprentices

Essential Functions:

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities floors for different job sites around Austin using truck mounted equipment.
Performs cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, cleaning tile and grout.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs to equipment or clients floors.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, tile, carpets and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
Cleaner must be flexible and adaptable while working on site.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment
Valid Driver License

grow with a local restoration company.
