The Customer Service Rep position in Auburn is responsible for assisting walk in and repeat customers with the fitting and purchase of medical supplies (braces, chairs, walkers, wigs, any medical equipment or supplies). This is a full time first shift position, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. On weeks you work Saturday you will get a half day during the work week. You will provide excellent in-person customer service, with providing a calm, comfortable environment for the customers being essential. In this position you will also need to take insurance information and contact the billing department to help with verification of insurance coverage and co-pays. The Machine Operator position in Auburn is responsible for the set up, operation and general maintenance of the production machines, including drilling machines, lathes and other equipment as directed.This is a full time, second shift temp to hire position. This position is from 2:15pm-12:45am, 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. They will start out on 1st shift and then transition to 2nd shift after training. If you are an experienced machine operator, with great attention to detail this may be the job for you!

There is also a first shift temp to hire Quality Assurance position available. This position is Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm. They will be using a drill like tool to buff the inside of pre-drilled tubes to make sure it is smoothed.

The Order Filler Team Lead position in Lewiston is responsible for quickly navigating a large warehouse via forklift to identify and select the correct quantity of a specific product to build an order. In addition, as a team lead, you will be training new associates on proper lifting, order filling tasks, and how to operate forklifts. This is a full time first shift position, Saturday through Monday, 4:00 AM to 3:30 PM OR 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this position, you will provide strong leadership skills, a developed understanding of the team’s individual responsibilities, as well as the overall goals and priorities of the group. While a team lead, you will also be doing the job of an order filler. An order is specific to its destination, and the pallet is built to fulfill the needs, so you will be required to demonstrate keen attention to detail. Excellent oral communication is necessitated due to utilizing headsets that you would be speaking into to document selecting an order. In addition to utilizing headsets, other equipment including operating a forklift for the duration of the shift to move the pallets being built around the warehouse. Experience is preferred but not required as operating both the headsets and forklifts are incorporated into training. If you are looking for a hands-on, mentally stimulating leadership position, this may be the job for you!

The Order Filler position in Lewiston is responsible for quickly navigating a large warehouse via forklift to identify and select the correct quantity of a specific product to build an order. This is a full time position, with the majority of the shifts being on second shift, most likely working the days of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. An order is specific to a store, and the pallet is built to fulfill the needs for that store. The pallet must be "built," placing heaviest items lower and then the least heavy items towards the top, so you will be required to demonstrate keen attention to detail. Communication is critical, comprehension as well as clear, precise speaking is required. The head sets are sensitive and if someone is not able to enunciate, it will make it difficult for all involved. You will be using a forklift the entire time, in addition to the headset to listen to the orders coming through. When an order is heard, and then selected, you speak into the headset which records that the order has been picked. If you are looking for a hands-on, mentally stimulating position, this may be the job for you!

Prior forklift/order picking experience preferred
Ability to bend, lift, and twist up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
