Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 annually

Work Location: Onsite across Des Moines, Ottumwa, Omaha, and Edgerton

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (5 days on / 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities
-Operate regional routes within a 300-mile radius of Kansas City / Edgerton hubs
-Pick up and deliver intermodal containers between rail yards and customer locations
-Work with major rail hubs including BNSF, NS, CSX, and CPKC
-Manage both drop & hook and live load/unload freight (majority no-touch)
-Execute deliveries across multiple states including KS, MO, NE, IA, IL, OK, and AR
-Maintain accurate logs and compliance with DOT and HOS regulations
-Communicate effectively with dispatch and rail yard personnel
-Ensure safe handling of equipment and freight at all times

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
-Intermodal container experience (rail yard operations)
-Experience with drop & hook freight operations
-Familiarity with Midwest regional routes
-Strong safety record and inspection history
-Ability to adapt to varying start times and freight volumes

This position requires a clinically strong, efficient pediatric provider who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured outpatient environment.

Salary: $230,000 – $300,144 base

Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA

Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

-Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience
-Proven ability to manage 3 patients per hour consistently
-Experience in community health or similar outpatient environments
-Strong EMR documentation skills (Epic preferred)
-Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care delivery
-Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and performance
