Anyone know of any companies looking for a great Virtual global Senior Recruiter/Consultant with full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience in the Hospitality, Leisure, Gaming, Healthcare, Telecom, IT/Technical, Financial and Consumer Goods industries. I am looking for a virtual recruitment positions or recruitment projects, contract or permanent.
My experience over the years has enabled me to develop recruiting strategies using market data along with combined methodologies and channels unique to the positions, that allow me to identify top talent to fit recruiting needs.
I am knowledgeable in applicant tracking systems as well as basic employment laws and compliance issues (including diversity).

Among these techniques are direct cold calling to an identified competitive set, extensive social networking (i.e. LinkedIn, Google, Facebook and others), databases mining, Boolean, Bing and Alumni and Association sites.
