Job Title: Client Service Associate

Overview
We are a well-established boutique financial planning and wealth management firm seeking an experienced and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to advisors and management, and delivering a professional experience for clients.
This is a full-time position based in Dunwoody, Georgia, with in-office expectations initially, transitioning to a hybrid work model once ramped up and integrated.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to financial advisors
•Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
•Prepare and process client documentation, applications, and policy paperwork
•Maintain accurate client records and CRM database (Wealthbox) in compliance with industry regulations
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
•Assist with onboarding new clients and servicing existing accounts
•Coordinate office operations, including virtual filing, supplies, and correspondence
•Support compliance requirements by organizing and maintaining required documentation
•Generate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
•Cross-train with other agency staff in order to support their various roles when necessary
Qualifications
•3+ years of administrative experience (financial services or insurance industry)
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
•Experience with CRM systems and insurance/financial software is a plus
