At MRA Search, Customer Service and Satisfaction is our number one goal. Our company values are:
• Why MRA Search? What separates MRA Search from the competition?

Because we have unique qualifications and a proven track record of recruiting financial and professionals with the perfect set of qualifications for your job openings. At MRA Search, our ultimate goals are providing spectacular customer service and earning your loyalty. We want to be your first thought when you need to fill a job opening because you know we will make this process as stress-free as possible. We embrace that stress and diligently search to find the candidate who will not only be successful but who can work with a high degree of autonomy. Above all, we will find the candidate who is the most qualified, has the highest level of character, will persevere through adverse times, and will be a long-term addition to your organization. Our Seven-Step Search Process:

1. We gain an understanding not only of the specific opening, but of our clients’ organization, culture and goals.

2. We develop a targeted search strategy for each client.

3. We identify and contact all potential candidates with matching qualifications, always asking those who are not interested for referrals.

4. We rank all of the candidates and conduct candidate interviews prior to submitting them for consideration to the client.

5. We always present the most highly qualified panel of candidates to the client.

6. We complete thorough reference checks on the final candidate(s).

7. We assist with all candidate and client loose ends for final placement (e.g., offer extension and follow-up questions). So, really, why MRA Search? We do not waste our clients’ time. We are not looked at as just a Vendor — we are a Strategic Partner. And we have a proven track record of getting results. Give us a call, and we will prove it to you.

An article from the past on our blog:

Much of today's recruiting activity is online, so it can be difficult to stand out on job search web sites like Linked In and Indeed. First impressions can be everything, especially in today's competitive job market, and your online résumé is what most employers and recruiters see first. A

Brainstorming about the current state of the job market and the recruiting/staffing/search industry here.

Overall, this is a client market I would say and am confident that most people would agree.

Hopefully, the pendulum should be in the equilibrium position in the next 6-15 months.

We have jobs. However, the interview process can be long and extremely detailed.

Please note: If the longer than average and highly detailed process produces the great results, for example, an A+++ player/candidate ends up getting hired and adding a high level of value on Day 1. Also, over time, the candidate is consistently successful. Well, the long process was 100% worth it.

This is just my two cents.

I know I get complaints about my response times on postings here and there, but we are getting thousands and thousands of applicants.

I would say 80-85% of the applicants are extremely high quality.

Personally, I have not seen this high volume combined with the top tier quality level of candidates in my 25 year career.

It is always interesting to see what happens in the future- hopefully, the Pendulum finds the coveted Equilibrium position very soon.

We are planning on having our record year in 2026. I am confident and excited that we will accomplish this goal.

Have a great rest of your week and weekend! Thank you for support!

We just passed 10,000 followers officially today on the MRA Search Company page on LinkedIn.

A special Thank you to the long time followers as well as the new followers who pushed us past the 10,000 mark.

We have a ton of applications to go through.

Big Favor: Please send me a LinkedIn invite when you apply to one of the jobs and follow us on our LinkedIn company page.

I recently had a candidate ask if sending me a LinkedIn invite and following the MRA Search company page were required. I said no they are not required, BUT everyone does it! I mean sending the LinkedIn invite as well as following the MRA Search company page on LinkedIn.

He felt taken back and seemed confused. So, I directed him to use Robert Half.

Both the candidate and Robert Half are LUVING it.

Did you see what I did there?

Many Happy Returns!!! Thank you for your support!! 🙏🎯🏆🥇
