Before diving into the details, I want to take a moment to recognize two incredible young talents who shaped our journey in 2025: our founding interns, Youva Mammeri and Adesewa Oladapo.

They joined L’AGENCE at a particularly vulnerable time for our founder, who was navigating two major losses in my family and wasn't able to offer much guidance or structure. But their can-do attitude, ability to swim in the deep end, and commitment to learning carried us forward when it mattered most.

🔹 Youva, based in Montreal, brought sharp customer intuition and a builder's mindset. He laid the foundation of our growth infrastructure with clarity and precision.

🔹 Adesewa, based in Birmingham, UK, embraced every challenge with curiosity and heart. She supported international client work through deep talent and market research. She has completed her studies and is now seeking an analyst or research role. Please contact her if you know of any opportunities.
