Samantha embodies the true spirit of teamwork and dedication through her commitment to her clients and fellow recruiters. In her role as Account Executive, she is always the first to step up and volunteer, offering her assistance with a smile and positive attitude. Her trustworthiness is second to none, as she consistently gives her very best, no matter the task at hand.
Sam's willingness to learn and grow has been demonstrated at every step of her journey at DRW. She embraces feedback and remains coachable, always striving for personal success and growth. She goes the extra mile, time and time again, to ensure that tasks are not only completed but done to the highest standard expected at DRW Healthcare Staffing. Her maturity well beyond her years and her relentless "go-getter" mentality led to her closing a contract on a large national account recently that DRW has been trying to land for some time.
