Senior Recruitment Manager
The core mission of the Senior Recruitment Manager is to support the Manage Service Provider team. Primary responsibilities are focused on one or more broadly defined core functional areas, responsible for leading teams and accounts they support, create, and implement strategies that cater to both client expectations and the company's direction. The Senior Recruitment Manager is also tasked to select, empower, coach, and retain employees and business contributors.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Managing overall day-to-day operations and deliverables of the MSP team, to ensure client satisfaction and operational goals and objectives are achieved.
-Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to help the recruitment team attract top talents for our US clients.
-Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing candidates and consultants; and ensuring alignment and compliance with our clients’ standards and practices.
-Manage and mentor the recruitment team by providing proper guidance and support to ensure their effective performance and reaching their individual and team quota.
-Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary recommendations for performance refinement.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and meeting their staffing requirements.
-Working and collaborating closely with the compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding of our consultants.
-Collaborate and work the senior management to recognize and evaluate the needs of AG Globe Service employees, clients and business.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
-Other duties include reports generation, analysis, KPIs and Performance Reviews and all AG Globe technologies (VMSs, Job Boards and ATS).
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager in RPO or BPO industry
-Well experienced in Account and Client Management.
-Excellent knowledge of the principles of people management, coaching, mentoring and counseling.
-Previous end to end recruitment experience and deep understanding of full life cycle recruitment.
-Has an experience recruiting large volumes of candidates for specific positions within strict deadlines.
-Experienced working with senior management, business partners and clients.
-Excellent communication, written and problem-solving skills
-Willingness to work in Makati on a permanent night shift and occasional Saturday shifts.
-Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
-Willing to report onsite (Hybrid set-up)
