I am now associated with one of the finest post-secondary educational institutions. We have over 30 campuses across the US. My campus location here in Essington offer courses in: Class A CDL Driving, Nursing, Medical Assisting, HVAC, Welding, and Dental Hygiene.

Stockroom/Shipping & Receiving Laborer ($17/hr) Aston, PA

Express Employment Professionals Delaware County PA is looking for a Stockroom-Shipper-Receiver Laborer for our client in Aston, PA. As a Stockroom-Shipper-Receiver Laborer, you are responsible for moving, cleaning and organizing all materials and equipment. Ability to handle all stockroom procedures from put-aways, picks, cycle counts and proper loading of shelves. Perform routine shipping functions according to standard established procedures and maintain shipping and receiving areas in orderly and neat manner.

Schedule: (Monday-Thursday) 5:30am-4pm... Fridays as needed

Responsibilities:
• Under direct Supervision; move, clean and organize various areas on the Production Floor as needed. Various duties to be assigned by Supervisor.
• Build skids, containers, and boxes as required to ship finished goods and/or spare parts to customers.
• Receive materials and/or finished goods from manufacturing area or stockroom, package or pack items verifying the correctness of part number and quantity to be shipped against packing list.
• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and put material in the appropriate area for inspection.
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent with mental alertness and adaptability for clerical procedures and accuracy in checking, posting and counting. Knowledge of simple arithmetic and English is essential.

Metal Finisher ($17/hr) Aston, PA

Express Employment Professionals Delaware County PA is looking for a Metal Finisher for our client in Aston, PA. As a Metal Finisher, you are responsible for preparing and painting parts, equipment and machinery for timely assembling and manufacturing of products. Must be able to pre-treat and clean paint surfaces using various methods such as wire brushing, solvents or grit blasting as required. Prepares and mixes various primers and paints (polyurethane and enamel) as specified for production. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning paint booth area, all painting equipment and drying oven following safety procedures and practices and/or be able to operate blast booth safely and effectively to abrasive blast parts to a near white finish.

Requirements:
• High School graduate. Experience in performing auto body or industrial metal preparation and spray painting preferred.
• This includes the appropriate use of solvents and thinners including two-part epoxy type.

Technician, 2nd Shift $32-$36/hr (Parkesburg, PA) Direct Hire

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift (Direct Hire) to work Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm, available for on-call weekends on a rotating schedule every 8 weeks.

Summary

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the brewery, packaging, and restaurant equipment running at a world-class caliber. This includes preventative maintenance, daily trouble shooting, and commitment to continuous improvement of all machines and processes. The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician will primarily work at the Parkesburg, PA location and be able to visit the Downingtown, PA location as needed.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of DC and 3 phase AC circuits.
Effectively diagnose control circuitry with wiring schematics and digital multi-meter to perform appropriate repairs.
Practiced in lock-out/tag-out programs.
Keep accurate and complete records of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as completed.
Diagnose, repair, and overhaul process systems with conveyors, power transmission systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical devices.
Repair process pumps, automated control valves and actuators with feedback sensors and positioners.
Layout and install conduit and circuit.
Identify, propose, and discuss solutions for equipment and facility issues with management.
Utilize Microsoft Office and a Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years related experience
High school diploma, or equivalent. Military or trade school, a plus
Industrial Electrical and Mechanical skills, including experience with conveyors, power transmission systems, all related pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical devices used in process systems
Self-starter able to work with a high degree of autonomy & minimal supervision to support production priorities
Positive, can-do attitude and sense of urgency when performing duties
Familiar working in a safe manner to ensure personal safety and that of others, in accordance with OSHA and company policy
Working knowledge and practice of NFPA 70E
Available to work a rolling, on-call weekend schedule
