We are actively hiring for business partners who are motivated, committed to success, coachable, and willing to put in the work to achieve results. Our agency hires, trains, and onboards licensed and those willing to become newly licensed agents to lead them to launch an agency of their own while preparing them to become profitable quickly with our proven system and award-winning technology. Whether you join our team as a part-time or full-time agent, we provide you with the training and support to be successful and create a sustainable income.
Responsibilities
-Contact clients that have submitted a request for more information.
-Product presentations and assist clients with application submissions.
-Keep a coachable mentality to continue personal and professional growth.
-Stick to an organized, trackable schedule.
-Be a positive team player willing to accept help from others and lend a hand when others are in need.
-Attend our company wide conference each year.
Requirements
-State Life and Health Insurance License, we will provide access to training prep for state licensing. You do not have to have a current state insurance and health license, however we highly encourage those who are currently licensed to apply.
-Laptop and reliable internet service
-A reliable cell phone and service plan.
-A quiet, dedicated office space to work at home without distractions.

Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work
