Jibe Staffing is searching for a talented and energetic Staffing Recruiter to join our team.
The Staffing Recruiter will assist new applicants with the employment process, qualify potential temporary associates for eligibility to work, select associates for job assignments and directs them to the job site location.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.
Coordinate the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Manage the overall interview, selection, and job closing process
Required & Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience in a staffing industry role
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Multi-task (inbound/outbound phones, emails, and internal needs simultaneously)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Social Media Savvy
Results Driven is a MUST
Knowledge of TempWorks
*Must be flexible to work extended hours to include early mornings, late evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
