Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is looking for an Account Supervisor/Recruiter to join our DFW team!
đź“Ť Office Location: Arlington, TX
đźš— Travel Required: Frequent travel throughout the DFW Metroplex, with a strong focus on the Frisco area.

In this role, you’ll:
âś… Recruit and interview candidates
âś… Build and maintain strong client relationships
âś… Onboard new employees
âś… Conduct property visits and safety meetings
âś… Manage employee relations and performance issues
âś… Process weekly payroll and administrative tasks
âś… Help grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Staffing industry and/or on-site management experience (required)
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel 50–75% locally
