We are looking for a Buyer for a Wauseon Company! It will be temporary unless you have the skill set for it to be a permanenet position.
Hours: 9a to 4pm, Monday=Friday
Pay: $23-$27
Core Responsibilities:
Support the quoting process by gathering pricing for raw materials, purchased components, and
value-added services that fall outside of standard pricing tools or structures.
• Assist with estimating-related tasks by providing timely quotes
• Manage procurement activities for raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced services, ensuring timely order placement and alignment with production requirements.
Would like you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience
considered.
• 5–7 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with raw materials, machining processes, and value-added services.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Assembly Technician (forklift experience preferred)

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3pm with a 30 minute lunch

Work 7:30am to 4:00pm (30-minute un-paid lunch)
Company will provide safety glasses
Steel Toed boots not required but preferred
Dress comfortably, jeans, t-shirt, sweatshirt, dress warm
Lift, carrying, bend, twist, turn, pull (physical work)
Take desks down, put desk back together
Able to operate tools, screwdrivers, etc.
Load items into a truck, flat bed, remove items from the truck
Clean, wipe down furniture, walls, mop floors etc.

We are looking for a Spring Department Supervisor!
2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm to 11pm
Pay $20/HR to $25/HR plus shift premium
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities within the Spring Department to meet production goals and quality standards
- Manage and mentor department staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and report on department performance
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Enforce company policies and uphold quality control procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in spring or metal component production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree preferred
Requirements
· Previous Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing setting.

· Strong team-building skills with excellent communication skills.
· Experience in Spring Manufacturing or related metal working industries a plus.
