Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for the design, development, and promotion of mobile client APP products.
• 2. Design product functions, mechanisms, and processes as product prototypes with appropriate tools, and formulate product requirements documents for design, development, and testing personnel to clarify product requirements and conduct development and testing.
• 3. Follow up the design of UI designers and the development of technical staff to ensure that product features and interactions meet the requirements of product requirements documents.
• 4. Organize and analyze user needs and feedback and complete the planning and continuous improvement of APP products.
• 5. Able to complete market analysis and competition research work, as well as data analysis work.
• 6. Formulate product operation and promotion plans and implement them, and be responsible for product promotion effect.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Back-end Developer Responsibilities:

• Have experience with database, Google Analytics, SEO and tracking code etc.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

Filming Director

We are a multimedia company in the entertainment industry that monthly engages a global audience of millions of viewers. We are looking for a creative and passionate Director to join our growing team. The Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the production. Including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and working closely with show producers and key department heads to ensure that shows are produced with the highest quality given the constraints of the budget.

Responsibilities:

-Create a detailed schedule for the project and look after the budget.

-Manage the creative aspects of the production

-Interpret scripts

-Set the tone of the film

-Work with department heads

-Work with casting directors to find talent

-Direct actors and the camera

-Work with editors to assemble the film

-Work with the sound and music departments

-Create a positive atmosphere within the team

-Approve locations, equipment, and other necessary resources

Experience:

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience

-Experience in directing reality game shows is a PLUS

-Must be able to manage over 10 people on set

-Knowledge in establishing and supervising postproduction processes

-Experience supervising production workflows for multiple content types

Approving the financial and design aspects of a production

Overseeing the production process and post-production

Ensuring a project stays within budget and on schedule

Desired Skills:

Demonstrates the ability to create and control the production budget throughout the project.

Budgeting so each production falls under the cost limit

Understands the legal responsibilities involved in maintaining the health and safety of the production crew

Strong project management and organizational skills
