The company makes pipe and conduit from flat metal bands. The metal is bent and rolled to form the tubes and then is cut off to length. The general labor or "bundler" role is at the end of the line and is a very team orientated position. Pipes will come off the cut off machine and roll onto a sorting table where the bundling candidates will be doing the following:

- Physically pulling the pipe from the sorting table to a stationary rack that is below the table and then bundling the product/pipe by using banding tools.
- Perform quality inspection: Visually inspect parts for quality and surface defects to ensure quality, using table measure and other small hand tools at times as well
- Accurately complete required production and labor reporting paperwork

Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Pay: $18-$24/hour

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment or working around equipment in a physical and fast paced role.
- Must be able to read tape measures,
- Must be able to visually inspect product.
- Must be able to conduct basic math (add, subtract)
-Must be able to perform job while standing.
- Must be able to lift material/parts from the floor. (max. 40 lbs.)
- Experience with micrometers and calipers. (Not required but a plus)

• Setting up and operating brake press utilizing prints and job orders.
• Will be assisting with other fab spots such as hopping on laser or punch press.
• Could be doing some assembly work too based on needs in the fab area on that day.

• Weld sheet metal materials
• Responsible for assembling parts together. The employee sets up various parts for the welding process such as drilling, grinding, and welding.
• Ability to weld in MIG or TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum of varying thicknesses.
