We're baaaaack! We know some of you have had to make do with some dredged oysters from out of state this past week. Soooo sorry.
Our Apalachicola Bay was officially opened to harvesting this morning at sunrise....and at 2 minutes past, we were out on the water getting you your fat, sweet-n-salty bivalves! Here's where you can find us this week:

-- Saturday (tomorrow) from 12 to 4 find us at Riverfront Park (next to 13 Mile Seafood Market) for the Apalachicola Mardi Gras Barkus Parade Howl-o-ween festival. Show us your costumed pet for a free extra oyster when you order a dozen on the half shell!

-- Monday night we'll see you from 4-7 at the Apalachicola Yacht Club for the Monday Fresh Market, serving up oysters on the half shell with Kung Li's special mignonette 🦪

Know what sucks? That it's Monday and we cannot get you your delicious oysters on the half shell tonight at the Apalachicola Yacht Club. The Bay was closed after Isaias hit as a standard precaution. It will reopen after testing comes back clear - but this wont happen until the end of this week. Be sure to still go to the Monday Fresh Market for your fish dip, pork skins, and get something delicious at the Food Truck Taqueria de Apalach and enjoy! We will miss you, our favorite oyster lovers. See you next week! 🦪 ❤️

Our farm survived Isaias! A great thing about hurricanes (if they don't destroy your farm) is they cool the water, so we're now truly in half shell oyster season. Our knives are good & sharp, the oysters are fat & salty, and we can't wait to serve them up to you by the dozen! Come out Monday (tomorrow!) evening to the Apalachicola Yacht Club — from 4pm til 6 or we sell out and get you some! Can't wait to see you!

We will not be able to be at the AYC this evening so we have extra oysters for your day indoors! See you this afternoon! We’ll have your favorite oysters on the half shell from 4-7 Apalachicola Yacht Club. Thanks to Mr. Gorrie, they’ll be ice cold - and thanks to our incredible Bay they’ll be salty and fat! Don’t miss out. Come eat oysters, drink a cocktail and listen to the Pharaohs. Yesss, your grilling badass is getting ready to serve you up some more incredible chargrilled oysters this Monday (tomorrow!) at the Apalachicola Yacht Club from 5-7:30! Dont miss it! We got a second grill so you wont have to wait, 2 new sauces, and oysters from the very best Bay in the world! We'll be joined by Rattlesnake Rubies Oyster Company with some jumbo rubies too.
