🇺🇸 YOUR FUTURE STARTS WITH ONE CONVERSATION! 🇺🇸

Thinking about joining the U.S. Army or Army Reserve but unsure where to start? 🪖

The enlistment process may seem overwhelming, but that’s where I come in! My job is to guide you through every step.

📋 STEP 1: Army Interview – Discuss your goals and opportunities.

📝 STEP 2: ASVAB/PiCAT – Discover which Army careers you qualify for.

🩺 STEP 3: Medical Prescreen – Review your medical history.

🏥 STEP 4: MEPS Physical – Complete your official medical evaluation.

📂 STEP 5: Medical Waivers – Address disqualifying conditions if needed.

🤝 STEP 6: Enlistment – Choose your career and begin your Army journey!

🔥 REMEMBER: A CONVERSATION IS NOT A COMMITMENT!

Speaking with a recruiter doesn’t mean you’re obligated to enlist. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, explore benefits, and determine whether the Army fits YOUR goals, YOUR needs, and YOUR future!

Not everyone qualifies on their first attempt, and sometimes obstacles arise. A setback doesn’t always mean the end of your journey!

Whether it’s Active Duty or Army Reserve, let’s explore your options!

🇺🇸 SOLDIERS, DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN EARN AN ARMY AWARD JUST BY REFERRING SOMEONE? 🎖️

The U.S. Army Recruiting Referral Ribbon recognizes Soldiers who help strengthen our Army by referring qualified individuals who go on to enlist!

💥 HOW IT WORKS:

✅ Refer someone interested in joining the U.S. Army.

✅ Your referral successfully enlists and ships to Basic Combat Training.

✅ You earn the Army Recruiting Referral Ribbon!

🏅 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

🔸 E1–E3: Eligible Soldiers can earn promotion opportunities up to E4 through the referral program.

🔸 E5–E6: Earn 10 promotion points per ribbon, up to 40 total points!

📢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Once your referred Future Soldier ships to Basic Combat Training, your Recruiting Referral Ribbon will be reflected in your IPPS-A profile approximately one month after their ship date, provided all eligibility and referral requirements are met.

🔥 YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A RECRUITER TO HELP BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF SOLDIERS!

Know a friend, family member, coworker, or someone looking for a new opportunity? Send them my way and get recognized for helping grow our Army!

Built by the years nobody saw.

The early mornings. The long days. The setbacks, the lessons, the people, and the opportunities that came with choosing to serve.

10 years later, I’m still building. Now I get to help the next person take their first step. 🇺🇸

Your path doesn’t have to look like mine. You just have to be willing to start.

🚨12th Enlistment for the YEAR🚨

Welcome to the Army Reserve, PVT Johnson! 🇺🇸🫡

PVT Johnson officially enlisted as a 31B (Military Police), earning a $15,000 enlistment bonus while gaining access to Army Reserve benefits, including health and dental coverage options and education benefits to help with college.

What makes this one even better is that Johnson plans to pursue a career in civilian law enforcement. As a 31B, he’ll receive military training and experience in the Military Police field while continuing to build toward that goal on the civilian side.

Another young man taking advantage of an opportunity to serve his country, invest in his education, build experience, and prepare for his future career.

PVT Johnson, thank you for trusting me with your process. It was a privilege helping you get to this point. Now it’s time to get after it. 💪🇺🇸

WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
