Someone in the chat always asks the same thing. "Why do you give this away?"
I tell them about a bar in Vero Beach, Florida.
I was a bartender there. A good one, at an oceanfront place people flew in for.
Jewelers sat at my bar. Lawyers. A guy who owned an insurance company. All of them said the same line. "You need to work for me." Then the owners of a Management Recruiters International office sat down.
That one hit different. Headhunter. The word alone was cool as hell.
They hired me a month later.
They didn't hand me secrets. They handed me rules. Cold calling. Objection handling. Reference checks. rouse calls.

One send-out a day. Four hours of phone time. That was the whole scorecard, and nobody made me pay tuition for it.
Twenty five years later, I still use that lesson to train recruiters.
Every Friday, at 12:30, for free.
Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud. Information was never the scarce thing in this business.
Relationships are.
You can hand someone your entire playbook and they still need you to make the call, take the reference, close the deal.
Stop rationing what you know. Start giving it away.
What did someone teach you for free that you're still charging yourself for?
