We're Thrive Community Support Services, and we've been a leading employment agency and support service here in Ankeny, IA, since 2021. We offer employment support services for adults with disabilities that are tailored to meet the needs of each client in order to help them find success through work. Our goal is to assist people in achieving their career aspirations and assist them in finding jobs that match their interests, skills, and abilities within the local community. Our services are designed based on each client’s individual needs and include job search assistance, vocational assessments, interview assistance, and coaching. We're looking forward to partnering with Ankeny and the surrounding areas to continue to provide our services to those who need them.
