đź“Ť Honored to Serve with HIS-OC
Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with Homeless Intervention Services of Orange County (HIS-OC), an organization whose decades-long commitment to helping individuals and families overcome housing instability continues to make a meaningful difference throughout our community.
As I learned more about the organization's history, from its early beginnings as H.I.S. House to the recognition it has received from Orange County and local community leaders, I was inspired by the dedication, compassion, and perseverance that have guided its mission for more than 30 years.
My contribution focuses on providing workforce readiness training, employment re-entry resources, resume support, interview preparation, and employment connections to help individuals take the next step toward economic stability and self-sufficiency. Meaningful employment can be a powerful catalyst for rebuilding confidence, restoring independence, and creating new opportunities.
I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to partner with the incredible team at HIS-OC and support the important work they do every day. Thank you for allowing me to play a small role in helping community members move from uncertainty toward stability, hope, and opportunity.
Together, we can continue creating pathways to housing, employment, and brighter futures.
